For 2012, the F3 has been upgraded to a single idler system for reduced chain drag.  Also, seat mounting has been updated to allow for quicker adjustment to an infinite number of positions.  The seat has also been widened and lightened for improved comfort.  The F3 keeps its 3-speed Sturmey Archer internal hub shifters for smooth, easy shifting.  Disc brakes have been upgraded from Tektro to Bangle Disc brakes.  Great improvements for the new year.  Off road or on road, the F3 is at home.
